• Quarterly Plan: $24.99 billed every 3 months
• Annual Plan: $79.99 billed annually

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your credit card information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edwin M. Jordan and Smart Money Scanner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the app
• Any trading losses based on signals or information from the app
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in market data displayed
• Interruptions or delays in service
• Unauthorized access to your data

Smart Money Scanner uses third-party data providers including Finnhub and Massive.com for market data. This data is provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.

Links to Fidelity, tastytrade, Webull, and other brokers are provided for user convenience. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or services of any third-party website or broker.

You agree not to use Smart Money Scanner for any of the following:

• Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the app or its content
• Building competing products using our methodology or design
• Automated scraping of data from the app
• Any illegal activity under U.S. federal or state law
• Market manipulation or any activity that violates SEC regulations

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sedgwick County, Kansas.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
